Features

  • LiFePO4 chemistry delivers safe, long-lasting power. The cobalt-free cells resist thermal runaway and hold capacity through deep daily cycling, rated for years of daily cycling at high state of health.
  • Wheeled portable build moves power anywhere. Integrated wheels and a handle roll the 16kWh between rooms, sites and events without fixed installation.
  • A multi-protocol BMS guards every cell. It tracks per-cell voltage, current and temperature, balances cells and blocks over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit, talking to inverters over CAN/RS485.
  • Long service life cuts ownership cost. Rated for years of daily cycling, it supports years of daily charge and discharge without premature replacement.
  • Wide operating range suits tough sites. It discharges from -20°C to 55°C and handles current, staying stable in unconditioned indoor and sheltered spaces.
  • Parallel-ready design grows with you. Add more units on the same bus to expand capacity while keeping the existing inverter and cabling.

Applications

  • Residential Backup: Keeps fridges, lighting, internet, and pumps running through extended outages as part of a home essential-load system.
  • Small Commercial All-Day Power: Supplies all-day backup for small commercial operations, tools, and equipment without grid access.
  • Solar Energy Storage: Pairs with PV through hybrid inverters to store daytime solar for evening and overnight use.
  • Off-Grid Power: Delivers independent power for cabins, kiosks, and remote sites away from the grid.
  • Outdoor & Remote Sites: The wheeled form factor and −20°C discharge range suit camps, field work, and temporary installations.
  • Events & Exhibitions: Provides clean, silent backup power for lighting, AV, and vendor equipment at indoor and outdoor events.

Battery Safety & Protection

The SW-51314-MT is built around Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cells, a chemistry known for thermal stability and a low risk of thermal runaway compared with other lithium types. The cells sit inside a durable metal floor-standing enclosure that shields the pack during transport and daily on-site use.

An integrated smart BMS handles cell-status monitoring, balancing, and fault protection, while exchanging data with mainstream inverters and EMS over CAN/RS485 (Bluetooth and WLAN optional). The wide operating envelope—0°C to 55°C charging and −20°C to 55°C discharging—keeps the pack online through seasonal swings, and the wheeled build lets it be repositioned without fixed mounting.

Performance & Lifecycle Advantage

Rated at 16kWh (314Ah) with a 51.2V nominal output, the SW-51314-MT delivers stable energy for sustained and high-current loads through its 200A continuous discharge and 150A charge capability. A discharge cut-off of 43.2Vdc and charge cut-off of 58.4Vdc, together with an internal resistance of ≤20mΩ, define a safe, low-loss operating window that protects cell health.

The wheeled, floor-standing form factor (480×271.5×903.5mm, 127kg+) lets the pack serve as movable high-capacity storage without permanent installation. Against lead-acid it offers lighter weight, lower maintenance, and better tolerance for frequent deep cycling—a lower lifetime cost for off-grid, commercial, and backup use.

Warranty

LiFePO4 batteries are backed by a 5-year warranty. If you experience any quality issues within the warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this battery integrate with my inverter or EMS?

Yes, it runs at 51.2V and its smart BMS communicates over CAN/RS485 with mainstream inverters and EMS platforms. Optional Bluetooth and WLAN are available for remote checks—confirm your system's protocol during setup.

How long can it power my equipment?

With 16kWh (314Ah) stored, a 2kW load runs roughly 8 hours, covering full working days or overnight backup. The 200A discharge rating also drives power tools and small machinery without throttling.

Is it difficult to move and install?

No. The wheeled, floor-standing design lets you reposition the 127kg+ pack on-site without fixed mounting, and at 480×271.5×903.5mm it stands stably for daily cycling wherever needed.

Is it safe in hot or cold weather?

The LiFePO4 cells and metal enclosure keep operation stable, with a charge range of 0–55°C and discharge down to −20°C. The BMS adds fault protection to safeguard the cells.
