Installation,Maintenance & Warranty

Install panels on a roof or ground frame with the correct tilt and orientation for your latitude. Mount the inverter vertically on a non-combustible wall in a shaded, ventilated position. Place the battery indoors in a dry room. Connect the battery first, then PV, then AC input and output. Commission the inverter using the LCD settings for your battery type.

  • Keep panels clean, especially in dusty or dry-season conditions.
  • Check terminal torque periodically and keep the battery room dry and ventilated.
  • Contact us for warranty terms applicable to your market and order quantity.

We provide a 10-year product warranty on the solar panels (30-year linear power performance), a 5-year warranty on the LiFePO4 battery, and a 2-year warranty on the hybrid inverter. If you experience any quality issues within the applicable warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the 16.07kWh home system produce per day?

About 31 kWh per day, calculated as 6.2 kWp x 5 peak sun hours with no system losses applied.

Will it run my air conditioner?

Yes. The 6.5 kW inverter handles one 1 HP AC plus refrigeration and pumps; for multiple AC units choose the 20.48 kWh or 32.15 kWh home system.

How long does the battery last in an outage?

14.46 kWh usable supports typical household loads for about 11 hours, or the full 6.5 kW load for roughly 2.2 hours.

Does it work during a grid outage?

Yes. The inverter switches to battery automatically so essential circuits keep running.

What size home or office is this built for?

Yes. The inverter switches to battery automatically within milliseconds so essential circuits keep running without interruption.
