Features

  • High-capacity LiFePO4 storage supports commercial duty. The cabinet packs energy for factories, shops and micro-grids, sustaining daily charge and discharge.
  • Engineered thermal management sustains throughput. Active air cooling and monitoring maintain safe cell temperature under sustained commercial cycling.
  • Integrated EMS delivers peak shaving and backup. It coordinates PV, battery and load for demand-charge reduction, time-of-use arbitrage and seamless backup transfer.
  • Modular architecture scales with the project. Capacity grows by adding cabinets or racks without replacing core components as the site requirement evolves.
  • Remote monitoring enables proactive operation. Over CAN/RS485 operators track health, energy flow and alerts from a central platform.
  • Multi-level safety protects the installation. Cell, module and system protection safeguard the cabinet for continuous commercial use.

Applications

  • Small C&I Backup: Keeps shops, offices, and workshops powered through outages.
  • Solar-Storage-Diesel Hybrid: Combines PV, battery, and generator in one plug-and-play cabinet.
  • Unbalanced Load Sites: Runs 100% three-phase unbalanced loads without derating.
  • Remote & Off-Grid: Supplies stable power where grid access is weak or absent.
  • Telecom & Edge Sites: Compact ≤650kg cabinet fits small infrastructure shelters.
  • Peak Shaving: Discharges stored solar to trim demand charges for small businesses.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-PowerStone-33k64E is built around a 64.3kWh LFP battery at 51.2V (44.8–57.6V range) that stores energy and releases it through a 33kW three-phase AC stage reaching 96% peak efficiency. Its MPPT accepts up to 39kW of PV across a 60–450Vdc range, while a combined PV-and-battery charging path of up to 480A keeps the bank replenished quickly.

A hybrid energy-management architecture coordinates PV, storage, and diesel inputs, directing power to loads and balancing generation against consumption in real time. The self-developed three-phase topology manages power flow across all phases and supports 100% unbalanced operation without derating, so the cabinet charges from solar, grid, or generator and delivers stable output as site conditions change.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The SW-PowerStone-33k64E supports grid-connected and off-grid operation as a plug-and-play solar-storage-diesel hybrid, switching to battery or generator supply during outages. Its UPS input range of 295–485Vac and load-side range of 156–485Vac let it back up connected loads, with overload protection for short bursts up to 140% load.

For resilience and savings, the cabinet captures solar through its MPPT for self-consumption and peak shaving, and integrates diesel generation when needed. Its compact, air-cooled IP54 design installs outdoors or in sheltered spaces, and multiple units can be deployed together to scale capacity for larger small-C&I sites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it handle uneven three-phase loads at my site?

Yes. The SW-PowerStone-33k64E uses a self-developed three-phase topology that supports 100% unbalanced load operation without derating, so it stays stable even when phases draw unevenly.

How much solar and battery capacity does it have?

It stores 64.3kWh from LFP cells at 51.2V and accepts up to 39kW of PV, with 480A combined PV-and-battery charging for fast replenishment.

Is it easy to deploy with my existing solar and generator?

Yes. It is a plug-and-play solar-storage-diesel hybrid cabinet that integrates PV, battery, and diesel sources, so you can combine it with panels and a generator you already have.

What happens during a grid outage?

The cabinet keeps supplying three-phase power through its UPS (295–485Vac) and load-side (156–485Vac) ranges, with overload protection for short bursts up to 140% load.
