Features

  • High-capacity LiFePO4 storage supports commercial duty. The cabinet packs energy for factories, shops and micro-grids, sustaining daily charge and discharge.
  • Engineered thermal management sustains throughput. Active air cooling and monitoring maintain safe cell temperature under sustained commercial cycling.
  • Integrated EMS delivers peak shaving and backup. It coordinates PV, battery and load for demand-charge reduction, time-of-use arbitrage and seamless backup transfer.
  • Modular architecture scales with the project. Capacity grows by adding cabinets or racks without replacing core components as the site requirement evolves.
  • Remote monitoring enables proactive operation. Over CAN/RS485 operators track health, energy flow and alerts from a central platform.
  • Multi-level safety protects the installation. Cell, module and system protection safeguard the cabinet for continuous commercial use.

Applications

  • Small Commercial Backup: Powers lights, POS, and equipment during outages.
  • Solar Self-Consumption: Stores up to 120kW of PV input for evening use.
  • Peak Shaving: Discharges during peak tariffs to lower bills.
  • Retail & Branch Sites: Compact 750×2095×1200mm cabinet fits stores and offices.
  • Microgrid & Off-Grid: Buffers solar and generator power for weak-grid sites.
  • Outdoor Deployment: IP54 air-cooled cabinet installs outdoors in ventilated locations.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-eBock-120F2 centers on a 120.5kWh LFP battery built from six packs at 384V, operating across a 300–438V window with 200A maximum continuous charge and discharge and 90% depth of discharge. The integrated PCS converts DC battery and PV energy into clean 230/400Vac three-phase AC, while the MPPT draws solar through a 150–950Vdc range with up to 120kW of PV input.

An energy-management layer coordinates power flow between PV, storage, and load, charging from solar or grid and serving connected loads as needed. Intelligent control, supported by CAN, RS485, WIFI, and ETH communication, lets operators monitor status and balance generation against consumption, keeping the air-cooled cabinet efficient through daily commercial cycles.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The SW-eBock-120F2 connects to a 3L/N/PE 400V grid at 50/60Hz and supports grid-connected and off-grid operation, with integrated STS keeping essential loads powered during outages. Its transformerless design and THDi at or below 3% help it integrate cleanly with existing commercial electrical systems.

For savings, the cabinet enables peak shaving by discharging stored solar during high-tariff periods and supports solar self-consumption through its MPPT. Parallel expansion lets operators add cabinets to build a larger bank, and the integrated architecture can combine with PV or generators as the site's energy needs grow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it connect to my 400V three-phase supply?

Yes. The SW-eBock-120F2 uses a transformerless 3L/N/PE 230/400Vac interface at 50/60Hz with THDi at or below 3%, so it integrates with most commercial grids without an isolation transformer.

How much can it store and output?

It stores 120.5kWh at 384V with 90% usable depth of discharge and delivers up to 200A continuous charge and discharge, plus 60kW of AC output and 120kW of PV input.

Can I expand it later?

Yes. The cabinet supports parallel expansion, so you can connect more units to increase stored energy and power as your site grows.

What keeps it safe and long-lived?

Multi-level safety with fuse protection and a two-stage fire-suppression system protects the cells, while air-cooled temperature control and a 6000-cycle design help deliver a long, stable service life.
