241kWh 768V Air-Cooled C&I ESS Cabinet

241kWh 768V Air-Cooled C&I ESS Cabinet

Model

Designed for factories, shops and micro-grids, the 241kWh eBank Air-Cooled C&I ESS Cabinet packs LiFePO4 storage into a commercial enclosure. Owners use it to ride through outages and shift solar or grid energy into the evening peak. Adding more modules keeps the same inverter and wiring, so capacity grows exactly as demand grows.

Features

  • High-capacity LiFePO4 storage supports commercial duty. The cabinet packs energy for factories, shops and micro-grids, sustaining daily charge and discharge.
  • Engineered thermal management sustains throughput. Active air cooling and monitoring maintain safe cell temperature under sustained commercial cycling.
  • Integrated EMS delivers peak shaving and backup. It coordinates PV, battery and load for demand-charge reduction, time-of-use arbitrage and seamless backup transfer.
  • Modular architecture scales with the project. Capacity grows by adding cabinets or racks without replacing core components as the site requirement evolves.
  • Remote monitoring enables proactive operation. Over CAN/RS485 operators track health, energy flow and alerts from a central platform.
  • Multi-level safety protects the installation. Cell, module and system protection safeguard the cabinet for continuous commercial use.

Applications

  • Commercial & Industrial Backup: Keeps production, lighting, and IT running through outages.
  • Solar Self-Consumption: Stores optional PV input up to 120kW for use after sunset.
  • Peak Shaving: Discharges during high-tariff hours to reduce demand charges.
  • Microgrid & Off-Grid: Forms the storage core of microgrids or weak-grid sites.
  • Multi-Site Scaling: Parallel cabinets to build a larger, centrally managed bank.
  • Critical Facilities: Supplies steady three-phase power to telecom, medical, or data loads.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-eBank-241F2 is built around a 241kWh LFP battery at 768V, operating across a 600–876V window with 105kW of charge and discharge power and 157A maximum charging current. The integrated PCS converts DC battery and optional PV energy into clean 230/400Vac three-phase AC, while the MPPT accepts solar through a 150–950Vdc range with up to 120kW of PV input.

Cloud-based energy management coordinates power flow between PV, storage, and load, with intelligent control handling charge, discharge, and source transfer via the inbuilt STS. Remote updates, firmware upgrades, and real-time monitoring let operators balance generation against consumption, so the cabinet charges from solar or grid and delivers buffered power to site loads as needed.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The SW-eBank-241F2 connects to a 3L/N/PE 400V grid at 50/60Hz and supports both grid-connected and off-grid operation, with an integrated STS (and optional isolation transformer) managing transfer to keep essential loads powered. A power factor adjustable from 0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging and THDi at or below 3% help it ride through grid conditions cleanly.

For savings and resilience, the system performs peak shaving by discharging stored solar during expensive periods and can pair with PV or generators through its integrated architecture. Seamless parallel operation lets operators add cabinets to enlarge capacity and power, scaling a single 241kWh unit into a larger, cloud-managed C&I storage bank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it work with my existing 400V three-phase grid?

Yes. The SW-eBank-241F2 uses a 3L/N/PE 230/400Vac interface at 50/60Hz with THDi at or below 3%, and integrates PCS and STS so it connects to most commercial grids; an isolation transformer is optional.

How much energy and power does it provide?

It stores 241kWh from LFP cells at 768V and delivers 105kW of charge and discharge power, with up to 120kW of optional PV input for solar-and-storage operation.

Can I run several cabinets together?

Yes. The system supports seamless parallel operation, so you can connect multiple cabinets to scale capacity and power as your site's demand grows.

How do I monitor and manage the system?

It offers cloud-based energy management with remote updates, firmware upgrades, and real-time monitoring, plus multi-level protection and an IP54 enclosure for safe commercial operation.
