Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-ESS10-10HVS1 is a 9.6kWh three-phase all-in-one ESS that combines a 10kW inverter, PV MPPT, and a 192Vdc LiFePO4 battery in a single stackable unit. Its twin MPPTs accept up to 15000W of PV at 150–950Vdc, converting solar directly into stored or usable AC power for the home.

Inside, the 60S1P×1 battery (50Ah) is managed by the system BMS with a 6000-cycle life at 70% SOH, while the inverter delivers 10000W (11000VA peak) at 220/380V–240/415V, 50/60Hz, with THDi below 3% and a power factor above 0.99. RS485/RS232 and optional WLAN feed status to energy-management software for coordinated charge, discharge, and load control.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

Grid-connected by design, the unit maximizes solar self-consumption and peak shaving: excess PV charges the battery during the day and discharges in the evening to cut grid draw, with an adjustable power factor from 0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging for grid support. The 10-minute plug-and-play commissioning and stackable form fit residential three-phase installations.

Capacity grows through the optional battery stack—the HVS1 starts at one 9.6kWh module while the HVS2 ships with two 9.6kWh modules for 19.2kWh—so homeowners scale storage as demand rises.
