Features

  • All-in-one architecture integrates battery, inverter and management. The system combines storage, a hybrid inverter and MPPT in one enclosure, cutting installer time and wiring.
  • Built-in inverter and MPPT handle solar, grid and backup. It harvests PV, powers loads and switches to battery backup within moments of an outage, with no manual action.
  • Intelligent EMS optimizes self-consumption and savings. The system routes power between solar, battery, grid and load in real time, enabling time-of-use scheduling and peak shaving.
  • Real-time monitoring keeps status visible. Through the unit display communication you can check state-of-charge, power flow and faults on site or remotely.
  • Safe LiFePO4 chemistry with multi-layer protection. Inherently stable cells plus system safeguards monitor over-voltage, over-current and temperature during daily operation.
  • Scalable storage expands as demand grows. Add battery modules or parallel units to increase capacity, protecting your initial investment as needs rise.

Applications

  • Rolling Home Backup: Moves to where needed to keep lights, Wi-Fi, and a fridge running through outages.
  • Outdoor & Job Sites: The wheeled cabinet and DC/USB ports power tools, laptops, and phones away from sockets.
  • Daily Solar Self-Consumption: Charges from up to 6500W of PV and discharges in the evening to reduce grid use.
  • Off-Grid Cabins: Supplies independent power for small cabins and shelters when paired with panels.
  • Sensitive Electronics: Pure-sine-wave AC outlets and 12V/USB/Type-C ports safely run routers, laptops, and phones.
  • Capacity Expansion: Parallel operation lets you add another cabinet to grow power and storage.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-MA-6K10LV manages energy through an all-in-one architecture joining a built-in MPPT solar charger, a pure-sine-wave inverter, and a 51.2Vdc LiFePO4 battery in a single wheeled cabinet. PV generation enters the MPPT, which accepts up to 6500W across a 60–450Vdc range and converts it to charge the 206Ah pack or power the load directly. Integrated control routes power between PV, battery, grid, and connected devices according to demand.

Battery storage delivers 6200W continuous with a 12400VA surge through the inverter/PCS at 96% PV-to-inverter and 93% battery-to-inverter efficiency. Intelligent control handles charging from PV or utility (lithium activation by PV or utility) and load sharing across the multi-output AC and DC ports, while RS232, RS485(BMS), Bluetooth, and WiFi links report status and support parallel coordination.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The unit acts as a portable backup center, delivering 230Vac output with a 10ms(UPS)/20ms(Appliances) transfer that keeps essential loads on through outages. Solar self-consumption is built in: the inverter directs daytime PV to power devices and charge the battery first, reducing grid draw automatically.

Backup energy comes from the 206Ah LiFePO4 bank, rechargeable from PV or the grid, while the selectable 170–280Vac(UPS)/90–280Vac(Appliances) input rides through unstable supplies. Scalability comes via parallel operation, letting multiple cabinets combine for more power and capacity, and RS232/RS485/Bluetooth/WiFi links enable monitoring and home energy-management use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the SW-MA-6K10LV work with the solar panels I already have?

Yes. The MPPT accepts up to 6500W of PV across a 60–450Vdc range with a 500Vdc open-circuit limit, so most home rooftop or ground arrays connect via MC4. Match your string voltage to the MPPT window during setup.

How long can it keep my home running during an outage?

With a 206Ah (51.2Vdc) LiFePO4 pack and 6200W output, it runs fridge, lighting, Wi-Fi, and a well pump for many hours depending on load; the 12400VA surge starts motor appliances without tripping.

Where can I install a wheeled unit like this?

Its wheeled 94kg cabinet (600×340×705mm) rolls into a garage, utility room, or covered outdoor area. The mixed AC and DC outlets power devices directly, so no fixed wall mounting is needed.

Can I add more capacity as my needs grow?

Yes. It supports parallel operation, so you can add another cabinet to increase both power and stored capacity as demand grows.
