Features

  • High-capacity LiFePO4 storage supports commercial duty. The cabinet packs energy for factories, shops and micro-grids, sustaining daily charge and discharge.
  • Liquid cooling holds cells in a tight temperature band. The liquid loop keeps every cell near its optimal temperature, extending life and allowing higher continuous power.
  • Integrated EMS delivers peak shaving and backup. It coordinates PV, battery and load for demand-charge reduction, time-of-use arbitrage and seamless backup transfer.
  • Modular architecture scales with the project. Capacity grows by adding cabinets or racks without replacing core components as the site requirement evolves.
  • Remote monitoring enables proactive operation. Over CAN/RS485 operators track health, energy flow and alerts from a central platform.
  • Multi-level safety protects the installation. Cell, module and system protection safeguard the cabinet for continuous commercial use.

Applications

  • Commercial & Industrial Backup: Keeps production, lighting, and IT equipment running through grid outages.
  • Peak Shaving: Discharges stored energy during high-tariff hours to lower demand charges.
  • Solar Self-Consumption: Absorbs up to 120kW of PV input and releases it when the site needs it.
  • Microgrid & Off-Grid: Forms the storage core of microgrids or sites without reliable grid access.
  • Data Centers & Telecom: Supplies steady three-phase power to critical, always-on facilities.
  • Fleet & EV Depots: Supports charging infrastructure with buffered, dispatchable energy.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-eBank-261LS centers on a 261kWh LFP battery built from 314Ah cells in five packs, delivering energy storage at 832V with 157A continuous charge and discharge across a 650–949V window. The inbuilt PCS converts DC battery and PV energy into clean 400V three-phase AC, while the integrated MPPT draws solar through a 150–950Vdc range with up to 120kW of PV input.

An EMS-style control layer coordinates power flow between PV, storage, and load, managing charge and discharge to capture solar and serve site demand. Intelligent control, supported by CAN, RS485, and WIFI communication and reaching up to 98.9% maximum efficiency, lets operators monitor status remotely and balance generation against consumption, so the cabinet charges from the grid or PV and discharges to cover loads as needed.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The SW-eBank-261LS integrates with a 3L/N/PE 400V grid at 50/60Hz and supports both grid-connected and off-grid operation, with STS and ATS handling transfer to keep essential loads powered during outages. A power factor adjustable from 1 leading to 1 lagging and THDi at or below 3% help the cabinet ride through grid conditions cleanly.

For savings and resilience, the system supports peak-shaving by discharging stored solar during high-tariff periods and can pair with PV or diesel generators through its integrated architecture. Parallel expansion lets operators add cabinets to enlarge both capacity and power, scaling a single 261kWh unit into a larger C&I storage bank as the site grows.

Warranty

LiFePO4 batteries for 5 years, hybrid inverters for 2 years, and solar panels under the supplier policy of a 10-year product warranty plus 30-year linear power warranty. If you experience any quality issues within the applicable warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the cabinet connect to my existing 400V three-phase supply?

Yes. The SW-eBank-261LS uses a 3L/N/PE 400V interface at 50/60Hz with THDi at or below 3%, integrating PCS, MPPT, STS, and ATS plus an optional isolation transformer for most commercial grids.

How much energy does it store and what load can it run?

It stores 261kWh from 314Ah LFP cells at 832V and delivers 125kW continuous AC (150kVA peak), enough for larger lighting, HVAC, and machinery loads during outages or peak periods.

Can I add more cabinets later?

Yes. The system supports parallel expansion, so you can add cabinets to grow stored energy and power as site demand increases.

How is the battery kept safe and cool?

PACK-level liquid cooling keeps cells stable, while a three-level fire-protection strategy guards against thermal runaway; the IP54 enclosure suits commercial and sheltered outdoor use.
