Features

  • High-capacity LiFePO4 storage supports commercial duty. The cabinet packs energy for factories, shops and micro-grids, sustaining daily charge and discharge.
  • Engineered thermal management sustains throughput. Active air cooling and monitoring maintain safe cell temperature under sustained commercial cycling.
  • Integrated EMS delivers peak shaving and backup. It coordinates PV, battery and load for demand-charge reduction, time-of-use arbitrage and seamless backup transfer.
  • Modular architecture scales with the project. Capacity grows by adding cabinets or racks without replacing core components as the site requirement evolves.
  • Remote monitoring enables proactive operation. Over CAN/RS485 operators track health, energy flow and alerts from a central platform.
  • Multi-level safety protects the installation. Cell, module and system protection safeguard the cabinet for continuous commercial use.

Applications

  • Commercial & Industrial Backup: Powers essential loads such as lighting and equipment during grid outages.
  • Peak Shaving: Releases stored energy during high-tariff hours to cut demand charges.
  • Solar Self-Consumption: Pairs with PV through integrated MPPT to store daytime solar for later use.
  • Outdoor & Remote Sites: IP54 outdoor cabinet suits yards, depots, and sites without indoor space.
  • Microgrid & Off-Grid: Supplies buffered three-phase power where grid access is limited.
  • Small C&I Facilities: Compact footprint fits stores, workshops, and branch sites with limited room.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-eBock-241F is built around 314Ah LFP cells that store 241.152kWh and release it across a 600–876Vdc output range with up to 157A of continuous charge and discharge current. The integrated MPPT captures solar and the STS manages transfer between sources, while the customer-supplied PCS converts the DC battery energy into AC for site loads.

An energy-management layer coordinates charging and discharging to make the most of stored energy, drawing from PV or the grid and serving connected loads. Intelligent control keeps the air-conditioned cabinet within its operating window, balancing generation, storage, and consumption so the system runs efficiently through daily commercial cycles.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The SW-eBock-241F supports grid-connected operation and can back up essential loads through its integrated STS, keeping equipment running when the utility supply drops. With IP54 outdoor protection and a compact footprint, it integrates into existing C&I electrical setups without a dedicated battery room, paired with the customer's chosen inverter.

For savings, the cabinet enables peak shaving by discharging stored solar during expensive tariff periods and supports solar self-consumption through its MPPT. Parallel expansion lets operators add cabinets to build a larger bank, and the integrated architecture can combine with PV or generators as the site's energy needs grow.

Warranty

LiFePO4 batteries for 5 years, hybrid inverters for 2 years, and solar panels under the supplier policy of a 10-year product warranty plus 30-year linear power warranty. If you experience any quality issues within the applicable warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this cabinet be installed outdoors safely at my site?

Yes. The SW-eBock-241F is an outdoor-rated air-cooled cabinet with IP54 protection for a cool, ventilated location, and its compact 1200×1250×2050mm size fits space-limited sites.

How much energy does it store and what can it power?

It stores 241.152kWh from 314Ah LFP cells and delivers up to 157A continuous charge and discharge across a 600–876Vdc range, covering essential commercial loads during outages or peaks.

Do I need to supply my own inverter?

Yes. The SW-eBock-241F integrates MPPT and STS but is supplied without an inverter, so you provide a PCS matched to your site's voltage and power needs.

How is the battery protected from overheating or fire?

It uses multi-level safety with fuse protection and a two-stage fire-suppression system, plus air-conditioned cooling and an innovative temperature design that helps extend battery life.
