Features

  • All-in-one architecture integrates battery, inverter and management. The system combines storage, a hybrid inverter and MPPT in one enclosure, cutting installer time and wiring.
  • Built-in inverter and MPPT handle solar, grid and backup. It harvests PV, powers loads and switches to battery backup within moments of an outage, with no manual action.
  • Intelligent EMS optimizes self-consumption and savings. The system routes power between solar, battery, grid and load in real time, enabling time-of-use scheduling and peak shaving.
  • Real-time monitoring keeps status visible. Through the unit display communication you can check state-of-charge, power flow and faults on site or remotely.
  • Safe LiFePO4 chemistry with multi-layer protection. Inherently stable cells plus system safeguards monitor over-voltage, over-current and temperature during daily operation.
  • Scalable storage expands as demand grows. Add battery modules or parallel units to increase capacity, protecting your initial investment as needs rise.

Applications

  • Commercial & Industrial Backup: Keeps production lines, HVAC, and IT systems running through grid outages.
  • Microgrid Deployment: Forms the storage core of large-scale microgrids combining PV, storage, and diesel.
  • Peak Shaving: Cuts demand charges by discharging the 215kWh bank during high-tariff hours.
  • Solar Self-Consumption: Stores up to 110kW of PV input for evening and overnight use.
  • Remote & Off-Grid Sites: Delivers stable three-phase power where grid access is limited.
  • Critical Facility Support: Protects telecom, cold-storage, or medical loads that cannot tolerate interruption.

Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-iESS-W215-TD is built around a 215kWh LFP battery bank configured as a single 768V string of 12 packs (1P20S cells), delivering energy storage at 0.5C with 95% DOD and air cooling for stable thermal performance. The inbuilt PCS converts the DC battery and PV energy into clean 400Vac three-phase AC, while the integrated MPPT accepts up to 110kW of PV input at 99% efficiency across a 200–650Vdc range through two independent MPPTs.

An inbuilt EMS manages power flow across generation, storage, and load, supporting manual mode, peak saving, virtual enlargement, new-energy absorption, and anti-flow strategies with remote monitoring and control. Intelligent control coordinates active and reactive power adjustment and load management, so the system charges from solar or grid and discharges to cover site loads or export, keeping energy balanced around the clock.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The SW-iESS-W215-TD operates in both grid-connected and off-grid modes, switching between them through an inbuilt STS in ≤20ms to keep critical loads uninterrupted during outages. A wide 320–460Vac grid range and 50/60Hz self-adaptation simplify integration with existing commercial electrical systems, while the transformer-less design raises overall system efficiency.

For backup and savings, the EMS runs peak-shaving and anti-flow strategies, discharging stored solar during high-tariff periods and preventing unwanted export. The all-in-one cabinet supports modular, N+1 redundant expansion and parallel integration with PV, diesel generators, and larger microgrids, letting operators scale capacity and power as the site grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this system connect to my existing 400V three-phase supply?

Yes. The SW-iESS-W215-TD links to a 3P+N+PE 400Vac grid across a 320–460Vac range with 50/60Hz self-adaptation, so it fits most commercial sites without an isolation transformer.

How much energy and power does it provide?

It stores 215kWh at 768V and delivers 100kW of continuous AC output, peaking at 110kW, covering larger commercial loads such as production lines, HVAC, and machinery during outages or peak periods.

How easily can the system scale as my business grows?

The all-in-one cabinet is modular with N+1 redundancy, and you can parallel additional units to enlarge both capacity and power as site demand increases.

What fire and fault protection is built in?

It uses a two-level fire-extinguisher system—aerosol plus HFC-227ea, PERFLUORO optional—with inbuilt BMS/PCS/EMS fault detection and heat management inside an IP54 enclosure.
