Features

  • LiFePO4 chemistry delivers safe, long-lasting power. The cobalt-free cells resist thermal runaway and hold capacity through deep daily cycling, rated for 6000+ cycles at high state of health.
  • Standard 19-inch rack form fits server bays. The module slides into racks and ESS cabinets for dense, space-efficient energy storage.
  • A multi-protocol BMS guards every cell. It tracks per-cell voltage, current and temperature, balances cells and blocks over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit, talking to inverters over CAN/RS485.
  • Long service life cuts ownership cost. Rated for 6000+ cycles, it supports years of daily charge and discharge without premature replacement.
  • Wide operating range suits tough sites. It discharges from a wide temperature band and handles current, staying stable in unconditioned indoor and sheltered spaces.
  • Parallel-ready design grows with you. Add more units on the same bus to expand capacity while keeping the existing inverter and cabling.

Applications

  • Commercial & Industrial Backup: Provides essential-load backup for large factories, warehouses, and equipment rooms during grid outages as part of a high-voltage storage system.
  • Solar Energy Storage: Pairs with PV through hybrid inverters to store daytime solar for evening and nighttime commercial use.
  • Microgrid & Off-Grid Sites: Supplies independent power for remote facilities, farms, and telecom sites away from the grid.
  • Peak Shaving & Demand Management: Reduces peak demand charges by discharging during high-tariff windows in large commercial buildings.
  • Data & Communication Sites: Keeps network and telecom cabinets running through outages with stable 768V high-voltage output.
  • Equipment & Machinery Support: Powers steady industrial loads and machinery with its 140A continuous charge and discharge rating.

Battery Safety & Protection

The SW-R-HV768 is built on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cells, a chemistry valued for thermal stability and a low risk of thermal runaway. The module shows low self-discharge—up to six months on shelf without charging—and has no memory effect, which helps simplify storage and handling between commissioning cycles.

An intelligent BMS automatically manages charge and discharge state and protects against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and over-high/low temperature while balancing each cell's voltage and current for long-term health. A built-in breaker adds hardware-level isolation, and the wide operating envelope—charging from -10°C to 50°C and discharging down to -20°C—keeps the rack dependable through seasonal and site-temperature swings.

Performance & Lifecycle Advantage

Rated at 215.04kWh with a 768V nominal output and a 696–852Vdc operating range, the SW-R-HV768 delivers stable high-voltage energy through its 140A continuous charge and discharge capability. The 240S1P EVE cell stack stores 280Ah, supporting sustained loads in commercial and industrial deployments.

The LiFePO4 chemistry provides a long service life of ≥6000 cycles at 70% capacity retention under 25±2°C, 0.5C/0.5C conditions, with a design life of ≥15 years at 25°C. Against conventional lead-acid, it offers lighter weight, lower maintenance, and better tolerance for frequent deep cycling—lower lifetime cost for high-voltage storage.

Warranty

LiFePO4 batteries are backed by a 5-year warranty. If you experience any quality issues within the warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or repair promptly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this battery work with my existing 768V inverter?

Yes. The SW-R-HV768 runs at 768V nominal and links via RS485 and Canbus-Inverter to compatible high-voltage hybrid inverters; confirm your inverter protocol during commissioning.

How much energy can it store and how long will it last?

It stores 215.04kWh (280Ah) at 768V. Runtime depends on load—a 5kW draw gives roughly 43 hours, heavier equipment drains it faster, and the 140A rating supports steady demand.

Can I add more batteries later?

Yes. Up to 10 modules can be paralleled to expand capacity and power as your site grows, scaling from one rack to a larger bank without redesign.

Is it safe to use in hot or cold conditions?

The LiFePO4 cells and intelligent BMS stay stable from -10°C charging to -20°C discharge. A built-in breaker adds hardware protection while the BMS balances cells.
