Energy Management & System Architecture

The SW-PA6.2k5LV4 manages energy as an off-grid all-in-one: a built-in 120A MPPT, pure-sine-wave inverter, and 51.2Vdc LiFePO4 battery (100Ah ×4, 16S1P×4) share one stacked, wireless-linked cabinet. PV generation enters the MPPT, which accepts up to 6500W across a 60–500Vdc range and converts it to charge the pack or power the load directly. Integrated control routes power between PV, battery, and load according to demand.

Battery storage delivers 6200W continuous with a 12400VA surge through the inverter/PCS at 96% PV-to-inverter and 93% battery-to-inverter efficiency. Intelligent control manages charging from PV or utility (lithium activation by PV or utility) and load delivery through the terminal block and AC sockets, while RS232, RS485(BMS), Bluetooth, and WiFi links report status and support parallel coordination.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The system is built for off-grid operation, supplying pure-sine-wave 230Vac with a 10ms(UPS)/20ms(Appliances) transfer that keeps loads running when the grid is absent or fails. Solar self-consumption is central: the MPPT charges the battery from PV first, then the inverter powers the home from stored energy, cutting reliance on generators or utility backup.

Backup energy comes from the 20.48kWh LiFePO4 bank, rechargeable from PV or the grid, while the selectable 170–280Vac(UPS)/90–280Vac(Appliances) input tolerates weak supplies. Scalability is a core trait—the family spans 5kWh to 20kWh and parallel capacity is optional, letting stacked units combine for more energy, with wireless connectivity simplifying installation.
