The SW-MA11K16LV manages energy through an integrated architecture that pairs a built-in MPPT solar charger, a pure-sine-wave inverter, and a 51.2Vdc LiFePO4 battery in one cabinet. PV generation feeds the dual MPPT, which accepts up to 13000W across a 60–450Vdc range and converts it to charge the 314Ah battery or supply the load. A 5-inch color LCD displays live energy flow between PV, battery, grid, and load so users can see how power moves through the system in real time.

Battery storage sits at the core, delivering 11200W continuous and 22400VA surge through the inverter/PCS with peak efficiencies of 96% PV-to-inverter and 93% battery-to-inverter. Intelligent control handles charging from PV or utility (lithium activation by PV or utility) and load management via selectable input ranges, while RS232, CAN, Bluetooth, and WiFi communication links report status and support coordinated parallel operation.

Grid, Backup & System Integration

The system works as a grid-connected backup center, delivering 230Vac output with a 10ms(UPS)/20ms(Appliances) transfer that keeps essential loads running through outages. Solar self-consumption is built in: the inverter directs daytime PV to power the home and charge the battery first, managing power flow between PV, storage, and load to cut utility draw.

Backup energy comes from the 16kWh LiFePO4 bank, rechargeable from PV or the grid, while the selectable 170–280Vac(UPS)/90–280Vac(Appliances) input rides through unstable supplies.
