Solar Conversion & MPPT Performance

The SW-M11000T-48PL runs two independent MPPT trackers, each accepting up to 5500W of PV and 18A of input current, for 11kW total. Working across a 60-500Vdc MPPT window with a 500Vdc open-circuit limit, the trackers keep two differently oriented arrays producing near their own maximum instead of compromising on a shared curve.

That DC energy, together with the 48Vdc battery, is converted into 220/230Vac pure sine wave output at 11kW rated, with a 22000VA surge for motor starts. Peak conversion efficiency reaches 96% from PV to inverter, so more of each harvested kilowatt reaches the load.

Grid, Battery & System Integration

This hybrid inverter coordinates PV, a 48Vdc battery, and the grid in one unit. It charges from solar up to 160A and from the grid up to 120A, floats at 54Vdc, and protects the bank against overcharge at 63Vdc, while RS485 communication supports lithium battery management and activation from either PV or utility supply.

Dual AC outputs can split a critical circuit at 5.5kVA/5.5kW from the full 11kVA/11kW main supply, and up to six units can be paralleled to scale the system. RS232, RS485 and dry-contact ports, an LCD and optional WiFi cover monitoring and control, while IP21 protection and a -10C to 55C operating range suit indoor residential and light commercial rooms.
